Church License Agreement

This agreement is between Frontline Marriage and the church or organization that purchases a Date Night Connection plan ("your church"). By purchasing a plan, you agree to it on behalf of your church. We've written it in plain language.

What your license includes

  • A license to share our Date Night Connection date nights with your church, each branded with your church's logo and invitation.
  • Annual plans unlock every date night in the current Date Night Package right away, plus the bonus Anniversary date night.
  • Monthly plans start with the current month's date night and unlock each month's date night as it comes around.
  • Your church keeps every date night it has unlocked, including future packages as they're released, for as long as your plan stays active.

How you may use it

  • Share your date night links with the married couples in your church and community, in any way you like: bulletins, email, texts, social media, or a QR code. Couples may share them with friends too.
  • Your license is for one church. Each campus or separate congregation needs its own license, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
  • Please don't resell, copy, rebrand, or change the date nights, or share your license code with another church.

Your church's content

  • You confirm that your church has the right to use the logo, name, website, message, and hashtag you add, and that they're accurate and appropriate.
  • You give us permission to display them inside the date nights shared through your church's links.
  • We may remove content that's inappropriate or that someone else has the rights to.

Choosing your church size

  • Plans are priced by average weekend attendance. We trust you to choose the size that fits your church. If your church grows, please move to the matching size when you renew.

Billing, renewal, and cancellation

  • Plans renew automatically every year (annual) or every month (monthly), using your payment method on file, until you cancel.
  • You can cancel anytime by emailing us at [email protected]. Canceling stops future charges. Your links keep working through the time you've already paid for, and then stop.
  • If we change prices, we'll let you know by email at least 30 days before your next renewal.

Refunds

  • Annual plans: if you're not satisfied, ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase. After that, annual payments are non-refundable.
  • Monthly plans: you can cancel anytime, but we don't refund partial months.

Couples' privacy

  • Your church doesn't receive couples' personal information. You'll see how many date nights your couples start, but not who they are. Learn more in our privacy policy.

Our content

  • Frontline Marriage owns the date nights and everything in them. Your church receives a license to share them, not ownership.
  • We may update and improve the date nights over time.

Availability and limits of our responsibility

  • We work to keep the date nights available and working well, but we can't promise they'll be uninterrupted or error-free. They're provided "as is."
  • To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total responsibility under this agreement is limited to the amount your church paid us in the 12 months before a claim. We aren't responsible for indirect or incidental losses.
  • Couples use the date nights under our terms of use, which include safety guidance.

Ending this agreement

  • Your church can end this agreement anytime by canceling its plan.
  • We may end it if your church seriously breaks these terms and doesn't fix the problem after we let you know. If we ever end it for any other reason, we'll refund the unused part of your payment.

Changes, law, and questions

  • We may update this agreement. We'll email you about important changes, and they'll apply starting with your next renewal.
  • This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
