The FUN rules
Focus on fun & flirtingLeave finances, chores, deadlines, and to-dos for another day.
Unplug and uniteGive each other your undivided attention. Turn off notifications on every phone except the one running this kit, and use devices only to capture photos and share your night together.
No negativity allowedTonight is a conflict-free, complaint-free, nice zone. That goes for the past too: tonight you only revisit the good memories. If a rule gets broken, gently remind each other you're here to have fun.
Power up with a kiss
Every time machine needs power. A seven-second kiss should get this one off the ground.
A soft chime plays at seven seconds. Keep going as long as you like.
Then head to dinner. Your first stop is the past, for the drive.
Stop one: the past
The driver can answer too. Just keep your eyes on the road and your heart in the past.
Time capsule reveal
Order an appetizer to share, then bring out the item you secretly packed.

A letter to future us
Each of you writes a short letter to the two of you, to be opened on a future anniversary.

A few honest sentences is plenty. No peeking at each other's letters.
Fold both letters into one envelope. On the front, write "Open on" and pick a date: your next anniversary, or five years from tonight.
Set a reminder on your phone for the open date, and keep the envelope somewhere safe.
