Stronger Marriage Conference

We’re so glad we were introduced to Matt and Angel Rigsby. Matt and Angel spoke at our annual Stronger Marriage One Day Conference this year and lives and marriages were changed! Their style is so fun and the way they interact with each other on stage shows such a connection in their marriage off stage. They tackled tough subject matter with ease and humor, really putting conference attendees of all ages at ease while also challenging them to lean into the tension of the subject matter. Our conference had couples ranging from age 20 to age 80 and all of our couples had fun, learned new things, and engaged with Matt and Angel’s teachings. Some of our favorite moments were the intimate moments of connection that Matt and Angel wove in throughout the day. You could feel the Lord working on individual situations throughout the auditorium as couples bared their hearts and souls to each other. We are so thankful for this couple and their leadership in marriages across the globe. We have already scheduled them for next year!

Having served in ministry for 20 years and recently launched a nonprofit dedicated to supporting young couples, my wife, Candace, and I hold the health of the family as a core priority. In our two decades of leadership, the Rigsbys stand out as two of the strongest voices in marriage ministry we have ever encountered.

Our nonprofit, Impact 1, recently hosted a Pre-Valentine’s social for married couples featuring three teaching sessions centered on strengthening marriages through vision, values, and intentional connection. Matt and Angel presented on “Connecting on Purpose,” and their session was outstanding in both substance and delivery.

From the moment they began speaking, they connected with the audience in a way that was authentic, relatable, and deeply impactful. Drawing from over 26 years of marriage and ministry experience, they skillfully blended biblical truth with practical application. Their transparency about their own journey, including overcoming broken family backgrounds and early marital challenges, created an atmosphere of trust and hope that resonated strongly with the couples in attendance. They communicated principles in a way that felt actionable, and Spirit-led. Couples left their session not only inspired, but equipped with practical tools to intentionally pursue deeper connection in their marriages.
